DESCRIPTION:The total eclipse will be in Johnson City\, Texas\, 12:15pm–3:00pm. Join us\, starting at 10:00am\, as we settle in to watch the eclipse. There is no parking fee\, but you must have a ticket to enter. \nThere are 4 viewing options: \n1) All-you-can-eat North Carolina Pulled Pork Plates – $50:\nIncludes complimentary viewing glasses\, a glass of wine or beer of your choice\, a whole hog smoked by Allan with a spicy vinegar basting (including pork\, coleslaw\, Boston baked beans with bacon\, bread or bun\, chips\, pickles\, cookie\, and water). Everything is gluten-free except for the bread and cookie; vegetarian options are available upon request. No substitutions allowed. \n2) North Carolina Pulled Pork Basket – $40:\nIncludes complimentary viewing glasses\, your choice of wine or beer\, a whole hog with a spicy vinegar basting smoked by Allan\, pulled pork on a bun\, coleslaw\, chips\, pickles\, cookie\, and water. No gluten-free option available; vegetarian option is available upon request. No substitutions. \n3) Non-Alcoholic Pulled Pork Basket – $30:\nIncludes viewing glasses\, no complimentary glass of alcohol\, whole hog with a spicy vinegar basting smoked by Allan\, pulled pork on a bun\, coleslaw\, chips\, pickles\, cookie\, and water. No gluten-free option available; vegetarian option is available upon request.
