Aromas of raspberry, dark cherry, and spice combine with flavors of dark cherry, plum, and spice. A rounded wine, the Merlot has rich, soft tannins and a long finish.

Food Pairing:

This Merlot is a little more robust, so tomato-based sauces do well with this wine. Specific choices include chicken Parmesan, pork, and, yes, even pizza!

This dark, cassis-colored wine has aromas of raspberries and pepper.

Flavors of soft raspberries and blackberries linger on the tongue of this

medium-bodied wine. Nice tannins and a hint of cassis provide a pleasant

finish to make the Ruby Cab a perfect red wine for a Texas summer.

2014 Menu Wines

  • The 2013 white wines will be released by summer of 2014. Malvasia Bianca and Muscat Blanc will both return to the menu.
  • The 2012 red wines will be released in 2014. One of the new varietals we will offer is Sangiovese. We are also pleased to include Syrah again.
  • For the sweet wines, we will introduce a Sweet Rose in the spring. The ever popular Sweet Red Wine will be added to the menu again, too.
